Well, I warned folks these posts would be a little random. My house smells amazing from the brownies that my daughter just made. Not the most elegant photo, but the smell is like actually walking into a chocolate fudge factory or that smell when making a ganache with cream and chocolate.
She is 13 and can now bake the perfect brownie. This is a life skill I am very proud she shares with us (as I’m eating one of her mini brownies). Now to practice the clean up skill.
